How to Participate


Your exhibit fee of $4,000 per booth includes:
  • A 6 x 8 exhibit booth, including draped table, 2 chairs, area hotel carpeting, standard sign. You can order electric and phone and connectivity from the venue and official service contractors.
  • Free Web site cross linking and free listing in all our pre-event emails.
  • Free VIP guest passes and free VIP email guest passes to download.
  • Free names, addresses and telephone contacts of show and conference registrants before the event for pre-show targeting.
  • Post event list of all delegates for follow up sales and marketing.
  • Free listing in the Official Directory distributed to all delegates at the event.

Advertising and Print Marketing:
The Official Program and Exhibitor's Guide will accept advertising, and will be distributed at the event to all conference and show participants. This 8 ½ x 11 program will be a compendium of the conference and the exhibitors. This reference will have a long life well after the event is concluded. Specs: Send film separations, 133 line screen, emulsion side down, right reading, with color proof, ad copy size 7x10, no bleeds without approval.

    Inside front cover, 7x10, 2-color – $4,000
